On December 19, 2019, Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the planned retirement of James S. Porter, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The Company has retained an executive search firm to assist it in the search for a new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Porter will continue in his current role until a successor is appointed. Item 9.01.
