The purpose of this amendment is to correct the copy of the Amended and Restated Bylaws of Kelly Services, Inc. (the “Company”) filed as Exhibit 3.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K dated November 6, 2018. That copy inadvertently omitted Article X, which was reflected in the Company’s Second Amended and Restated Bylaws filed as Exhibit 3.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K dated May 11, 2018.
