Gerard, the Company’s Chairman, regarding the upcoming advisory vote on the Company’s executive compensation. The letter to the Company’s shareholders is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, was previously filed by the Company on Schedule 14A, and is available on the Company’s investor relations website at investors.hrblock.com.
