Other Information On June 15, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has increased the quarterly dividend to twenty-two and one half cents ($0.225) per share from twenty cents ($0.20) per share on its common stock, or an increase of 12.5%. The dividend is payable on August 3, 2018 to shareholders of record on July 6, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1. Item 9.01. Exhibits (d) Exhibits.
