(the “Company”) and five current and former officers and directors, captioned Juan Gamboa v. Citizens, Inc. et al (Case No. 1:17-cv-00241-RP). On May 30, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing the dismissal, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
