Other Events.
On April 30, 2018, the Superior Court of the State of California for Santa
Clara County entered an order providing for preliminary approval of a settlement of In re Apple Inc. E-Book Derivative Litigation Case No. 1-14-CV-269543. In its order, the Court also approved the form of notice of the settlement, and set a hearing date of July 20, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. to consider the fairness, reasonableness, and adequacy
of the settlement, and the request for payment of attorneys fees and expenses to plaintiffs counsel, the service awards to plaintiffs, and any such other matters as may be appropriate.
As required by the Courts order, a copy of the Notice of Proposed Settlement and Settlement Hearing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and
incorporated herein by reference.
