Gerstein as Executive Vice President, Global Branded Premium Value-Added Products and Chief Marketing Officer of the Company, effective as of August 14, 2017; (ii) the appointment of John Vegas as Executive Vice President, Global Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company, effective as of August 21, 2017; and (iii) the promotion of Mark McNeill to Executive Vice President, Global Innovation of the Company, effective as of August 4, 2017.
