Fedrizzi notified Watsco, Inc. (the “ Company ”) that he would not stand for re-election at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 5, 2017. Mr. Fedrizzi’s decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on matters related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
