On September 12, 2016, Hawkins, Inc. announced that Kathleen P. Pepski, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, plans to retire from her positions with our company. To facilitate a smooth transition, Ms. Pepski is expected to continue in her current role until June 2017. The company is engaged in the hiring process for her successor. Item 7.01.
