Other Information The Company announced that the Board of Directors on June 20, 2016 approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of 17 1 ⁄ 2 cents a share on its common stock. In addition, and in connection with the recent sale of the Apparel Segment, the Board of Directors has declared a special one-time cash dividend of $1.50 a share on its common stock. Both dividends are payable August 8, 2016 to shareholders of record on July 11, 2016.
