In response to parts (a) and (b) of Item 9.01 of such Form 8-K, CECO stated that it intended to file the required financial statements and pro forma financial information within the time period permitted by Item 9.01. By this amendment to the March 8-K, CECO is providing the required financial statements and pro forma financial information.
