Reliability announces Special Meeting of Stockholders Reliability Incorporated (OTC-BB REAL) announced that a special meeting of stockholders has been called for October 23, 2008, at 10:00 am CST. The meeting will be held at the Holiday Crown Plaza, 14703 Park Row, Houston, TX 77079. The sole purpose of the meeting is to select a Board of Directors to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders or until their respective successors are elected. Management will not propose nominees or seek proxies for the meeting. The Board of Directors has designated the close of business on September 16, 2008, as the record date for determining which stockholders are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the meeting.
