REalloys Inc. entered into a Rare Earth Product Offtake Agreement with Critical Metals Corp. on May 18, 2026, for the supply of rare earth element concentrate. The agreement has an initial term of 15 years and commits REalloys Inc. to purchase 15% of the monthly Phase 1 production from Critical Metals' project in Greenland.
