(the “Company”) appointed Dr. Tom McClelland as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. McClelland had previously served as the Company’s Interim President and Chief Executive Officer since July 8, 2022.     Item 7.01           Regulation FD Disclosure.   On January 17, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the permanent President and Chief Executive Officer appointment noted above.
