Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On September 19, 2019, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Lee Enterprises, Incorporated appointed Megan Liberman to the
Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective immediately. As previously disclosed, Ms. Liberman was elected a director, effective June 26, 2019, by the Board.
