Evogene Ltd. entered into an agreement to induce a warrant holder to exercise 3,384,616 existing warrants for $1.00 per share, expecting to receive approximately $3.4 million in gross proceeds. In exchange, Evogene will issue 5,076,924 new warrants to the holder.
