Eni S.p.A. completed the first tranche of its 2026 treasury shares buyback program, acquiring 3,363,076 shares for a total consideration of €79,916,639.44. The company also announced the launch of a second tranche to complete the total €2.8 billion program, with a maximum of 297.9 million shares to be acquired by the end of April 2027 for cancellation.
