Departure of Director or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers.   On October 9, 2024, Middlesex Water Company announced the retirement of Bernadette M. Sohler, Vice President – Corporate Affairs of Middlesex Water Company (the “Company”) effective December 31, 2024, as per the attached release.     Press Release   Middlesex Water Company has announced the retirement, after 30 years of service of Bernadette M. Sohler, Vice President of Corporate Affairs, effective December 31, 2024. As part of organizational realignment under new leadership, Ms. Sohler’s current role is being reevaluated and the selection process will follow in due time.
