(the “Company”) was held on December 15, 2022. At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders (i) approved the election of the six director nominees nominated by the Company’s Board of Directors, each for a term expiring at the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until his successor is elected and qualified, and (ii) approved, on a non-binding, advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s Named Executive Officers (as defined in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A for the Annual Meeting (the “Proxy Statement”) pursuant to Item 402 of Regulation S-K promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022, as disclosed in the Proxy Statement.
