As previously disclosed, during March 2020, EVI Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) and certain of its subsidiaries received a total of twelve loans in the aggregate principal amount of approximately $6.9 million (the “PPP Loans”) under the Paycheck Protection Program established under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the “CARES Act”). During April 2021, the Company and its applicable subsidiaries applied for forgiveness of the PPP Loans in accordance with the terms of the CARES Act.
