Aegon announced the final results of its tender offers for five series of subordinated notes, accepting EUR 379,584,792 notional amount for EUR 308,241,572. The transaction is expected to result in a 2 percentage point decrease in the Group solvency ratio and an IFRS book gain of approximately EUR 0.1 billion in the first half of 2026.
