Pacific Airport Group files 6-K

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) has completed the combination of Cross Border Xpress (CBX) businesses and the provision of technical assistance services, consolidating 100% ownership of CBX. This resulted in the issuance of 89,740,731 new net shares, bringing the total outstanding shares to 595,018,195.
