Pacific Airport Group files 6-K

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) reports that Spirit Airlines' cessation of operations will have no financial impact on the company, as Spirit Airlines did not operate at any of GAP's Mexican airports and its Jamaican operations represented a small portion of traffic with available capacity from other airlines. Outstanding balances owed by Spirit Airlines are fully covered by bank guarantees and cash deposits.
