of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
Effective March 31, 2023, Jesse Leavitt resigned as Chief Financial
Officer of Westamerica Bancorporation.
Effective March 31, 2023, John “Robert” A. Thorson, age
62, was reappointed Chief Financial Officer of Westamerica Bancorporation. Mr. Thorson joined Westamerica Bancorporation in 1989, served
as Vice President and Manager of Human Resources from 1995 until 2001, served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer from 2002 until 2005,
served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 until 2019, and has served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer
since 2019.
