(the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2021 ended July 31, 2021. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure. In addition, the Company is furnishing as Exhibit 99.2 hereto a copy of an investor presentation that will be posted to the Company’s website at oxfordinc.com. The presentation includes, among other things, the Company’s forecast, as of September 2, 2021, of revenue (including proportion of revenue by channel of distribution and by operating group) and earnings for the Company’s 2021 fiscal year ending January 29, 2022.
