Regulation FD Disclosure. On March 16, 2020, Oxford Industries, Inc. (the "Company"), which owns and markets the Tommy Bahama®, Lilly Pulitzer® and Southern Tide® lifestyle brands, issued a press release announcing the temporary closure of all of its owned retail stores and restaurants in North America, effective March 17, 2020 through March 30, 2020, in response to the global COVID-19 outbreak.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
