(the “Company”) that provide for the incorporation of all reports and documents filed by the Company under the Exchange Act.   ATLANTA, GEORGIA , October 27, 2020: Rollins, Inc. (NYSE:ROL), a premier global consumer and commercial services company announced today that the Board of Directors has approved a three-for-two stock split of the Company’s common shares. The Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.08 per share plus a special year-end dividend of $0.13 per share both payable December 10, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business November 10, 2020.
