On April 9, 2020, The Gorman-Rupp Company (“Company”) issued a press release announcing that, due to the public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”), to be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EDT, has been changed to a virtual-only meeting. Shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person.
