On April 6, 2020, Flowserve Corporation, a New York corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release providing business updates related to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which included preliminary estimates for the Company’s backlog, cash balance and liquidity position at March 31, 2020.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
