(the “Company”) held its 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 7, 2019. There were 9,995,255 outstanding shares eligible to vote as of March 15, 2019, the record date for the 2019 Annual Meeting. At the meeting, the following actions were taken: (i) The shareholders elected two directors to the Company’s Board of Directors for terms expiring at the Annual Meeting in the year 2022.
