The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Preformed Line Products Company (the “Company”) awarded a one-time, special grant of restricted stock to each of the following executive officers on November 30, 2015 pursuant to the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan of 2008, as amended: Robert G. Ruhlman – 4,500 shares; Eric R. Graef – 1,200 shares; Dennis F. McKenna – 1,800 shares; William H. Haag III – 1,200 shares; and David C. Sunkle – 1,800 shares. All shares fully vested upon issuance on November 30, 2015.
