EQUINOR ASA files 20-F

Equinor ASA reported a net income of USD 5,058 million for the full year 2025, a decrease from USD 8,829 million in 2024, primarily due to lower net operating income in its Exploration & Production International and Renewables segments, and increased impairments. The company also announced an agreement to divest its full onshore position in Argentina's Vaca Muerta basin for an estimated USD 1,100 million.
