Elevra Lithium Ltd files 6-K

Elevra Lithium Limited announced the successful completion of a A$275 million institutional placement at A$12.20 per New Share. This placement, along with a convertible notes investment and a planned share purchase plan, is expected to fully fund the North American Lithium (NAL) Brownfield Expansion project and advance the Moblan Lithium Project to final investment decision.
