Company Update

UMH Properties, Inc. amended its Equity Distribution Agreement and its At Market Issuance Sales Agreement on May 12, 2026, to update distribution and sales agents for future offerings of its common stock and Series D Preferred Stock. These amendments allow for aggregate sales of up to "$150,000,000" of common stock and "$100,000,000" of Series D Preferred Stock.
