Modiv Industrial, Inc. and Global Net Lease, Inc. have entered into a merger agreement where Modiv Industrial, Inc. will merge with GNL Merger Sub, and Modiv Operating Partnership, LP will merge with OpCo Merger Sub. This transaction will result in Modiv Industrial, Inc. and its operating partnership being delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
