Shareholder Vote

KKR & Co. Inc. held a special meeting of stockholders on April 21, 2026, where four proposals to amend its Certificate of Incorporation and one proposal to adjourn were considered. Proposals 2, 3, 4, and 5 were approved, but Proposal 1, to remove supermajority voting requirements, was not approved and the meeting was adjourned to May 21, 2026, to solicit additional votes.
