EVgo Inc. is holding its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 14, 2026, to elect three Class II directors, ratify KPMG LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2026, and conduct advisory votes on Named Executive Officer compensation and the frequency of future Say-on-Pay votes.
