Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.   On August 7, 2025, International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Marc Birenkrant as Controller & Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, effective August 10, 2025.  Mr. Birenkrant has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting and has been employed by IFF since 2008. Mr. Birenkrant has served in various leadership positions at the Company, including Vice President, Assistant Controller, and Finance Director. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Birenkrant was Director of Accounting at The Wendy’s Company from 1996 to 2008, where he managed accounting operations and financial reporting. Mr. Birenkrant began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Birenkrant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Mr. Birenkrant replaces Beril Yildiz who has served as SVP, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer since 2022.
