Hyde, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Human Nutrition & Health, has notified the Company of his intent to retire from his role and that he will step down upon the appointment of his successor. Mr. Hyde is expected to stay on for a transition period and retire from the Company in 2023.  There are no material changes to Mr. Hyde’s compensatory arrangement as a result of his planned retirement from his current role.
