(b)            On March 1, 2021, Mr. Dinesh Paliwal notified Bristol-Myers Squibb Company that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders .  The Board also set the number of directors at ten effective as of the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is expected to be held on May 4, 2021.
