Passage Bio, Inc. entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Remix Therapeutics, Inc. on June 24, 2026, to merge Merger Sub with and into Remix, with Remix continuing as a wholly owned subsidiary of Passage Bio. This transaction is also accompanied by a Concurrent Financing by Remix of at least $100 million.
