American Homes 4 Rent replaced its expiring shelf registration statement and "at the market offering" program with a new Form S-3 registration statement and a new sales agreement on June 12, 2026. This allows the company to issue and sell Class A common shares with an aggregate offering price of up to $1.0 billion.
