Material Agreement

Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III (SVIIII) entered into an Amendment No. 2 to its Business Combination Agreement with General Fusion Inc. and 1573562 B.C. Ltd. on June 3, 2026. This amendment allows Company SAFE Holders to vote on the Arrangement Resolution in connection with the Plan of Arrangement.
