Inventiva S.A. files 6-K

Inventiva S.A. announced a comprehensive refinancing transaction on June 1-2, 2026, including an offering of 27,272,727 ADSs expected to yield approximately $110.8 million, repayment of its EIB loan, and a new debt financing of up to €130 million. The company also entered into agreements to repurchase and cancel a portion of its existing EIB warrants and issue new warrants.
