DigitalBridge Group, Inc. has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger to acquire ArcLight Capital Holdings, LLC for $650 million, subject to the completion of a prior acquisition by SoftBank. This transaction also includes potential cash earn-out payments based on ArcLight's future earnings.
