TWO HARBORS INVESTMENT CORP. files DEFA14A

Two Harbors Investment Corp. (TWO) has adjourned its Special Meeting of Stockholders until May 28, 2026, to allow more time for stockholders to vote on the proposed acquisition by CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco, LLC, an affiliate of CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC (CCM). The TWO Board of Directors unanimously recommends stockholders vote "FOR" the CCM transaction.
