Two Harbors Investment Corp. (TWO) has unanimously rejected UWM Holdings Corporation's (UWMC) revised unsolicited proposal, deeming it illusory, predatory, and unactionable. The TWO Board continues to unanimously recommend that stockholders vote FOR the pending all-cash merger transaction with CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC (CCM) at $12.00 per share, citing superior certainty and value compared to UWMC's offer.
