Chiron Real Estate Inc. entered into an Investment Agreement to issue and sell up to $100.0 million of Series C Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock in a private placement. The agreement also includes an Investor Rights Agreement with Maewyn XRN LP, granting them board nomination rights and consent rights on certain company actions.
