TWO HARBORS INVESTMENT CORP. files DEFA14A

Two Harbors Investment Corp. (TWO) has amended its merger agreement with CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco, LLC (CCM), increasing the all-cash consideration for each outstanding share of TWO common stock to "$12.00" per share, up from "$11.30". TWO's Board of Directors unanimously recommends stockholders approve this transaction at the upcoming Special Meeting.
