Two Harbors Investment Corp. entered into a Second Amendment to its Agreement and Plan of Merger with CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco, LLC, increasing the cash consideration per share for its common stock. The termination fee payable by Two Harbors to CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco, LLC was also increased.
